All items offered by Vintage Baubles are quality items in
excellent & immaculate condition -- unless noted in the description.

I truly want you to be pleased with your purchase. So I've gone to great lengths to personally select and offer quality items that are not only wearable -- but are in excellent & immaculate condition.  Excellent condition means that after close examination I've determined that there are no rips, tears, stains, holes, or other defects or flaws on the item. In fact, most items appear brand new, but some will show typical, expected signs of wear, which will be disclosed. However, occasionally I purchase special or rare items which may have a minor imperfection. But the flaw will be clearly noted in the description. I do sometimes purchase items that require minor repairs, which, as a skilled seamstress, I will do (or have done if I feel it’s beyond my ability to do well). These will be disclosed as well. When you receive your item, it will be in excellent condition!

All items are sold on a first come/first serve basis. I will place an item on “hold” or layaway with a deposit. If you wish to make such an arrangement, please contact me.
 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING SCHEDULE: PayPal orders ship as soon as I receive cleared payment. I also accept money order and personal and bank checks. Personal checks must clear the bank before shipment is made (generally 5 to 7 days).

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Customers wishing to have merchandise shipped to an address other than their billing address must first contact their card issuing bank and place the "alternate ship to" address on their account file.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: Shipping insurance is included on purchases of $100 or more. You may choose it optionally for items under $100 (if you do not select it, we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit). Even with the most careful packaging, breakage and damage can occur. If this happens be sure to retain the original carton and packaging.  Then notify me via email at:

RETURN POLICY
While we strive to be meticulous in our description of items, we may on occasion miss a major flaw (has never happened to date, but we are only human!). If this occurs, you must apprise us within three (3) days of receipt of item. We will accept a return for refund on receipt of the item (you must return within seven (7) days) as long as the item is returned in the condition in which it was sent, unworn. Please understand that these items have had a life prior to your purchase of them, and that minor spots, fabric pulls, signs of wear, etc., are not considered substantial flaws. We do disclose/describe any of these that we see, but if we do miss something minor, that does not constitute a reason for return.

 

We also measure garments very carefully and describe how/where we measure. Thus, an item not fitting is generally not a valid reason for return, unless, of course, we have erred in making the measurement!
 

 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & RETURNS

ORDERS:
International orders are always welcome. But due to the time involved in special packaging, obtaining shipping rates, filling out shipping/custom forms, & delivering merchandise to the shipper -- each international order must exceed $50. PayPal accepted. All other customers may make payment with a BANK CASHIER'S CHECK for the total amount of merchandise plus Federal Express or USPS shipping. (Please contact Vintage Baubles to receive shipping charges.) Also, billing address and shipping address must match. (Unfortunately, due to extensive fraudulent orders, merchandise can be sent only to the billing address.) The merchandise will be put on reserve for seven (7) days until payment arrives. But if payment is not received within seven (7) days it will be made available to the public.

SHIPPING:
SHIPPING METHODS: Orders shipped outside the United States will be shipped via Federal Express or U.S. Postal Service with Insurance. Shipping charges will be added to the total order cost for customers who pay with a credit card from a U.S. Issuing Bank. Customers who pay with a cashier's check or bank wire transfer should email Vintage Baubles for shipping rates so they can be incorporated into the cashier's check or bank transfer.

CUSTOMS: As a matter of conscience, all merchandise shipped with customs slips will be marked "Vintage/Used Merchandise", and the customer will be responsible for all customs fees and taxes.

RETURNS:
Due to shipping costs, custom fees, & taxes Vintage Baubles can not accept International returns. So please email or telephone me and ask as many questions as you wish so I can help you make a wise buying decision because -- 
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.

Vintage Baubles is not responsible for errors on these pages, and all prices are subject to verification by Vintage Baubles. I sell on a first-come-first-served basis, and I try to maintain good communication at all times. But I can't be held responsible in the event of web, Internet, computer system, mail, or server failure. Also, because of the unique and sometimes fragile nature of vintage clothing, accessories, and jewelry, no warranties related to durability are provided.
